WHO YOU’RE HIRING
ERIC PELLEGRINO
I enjoy the challenge of helping organizations turn their complex real estate projects into a reality. I’m accustomed to resolving a wide range of issues by adapting, adjusting and keeping teams focused and motivated, especially when the stakes are high. I thrive in managing these projects to a successful completion while working in lockstep with clients/stakeholders throughout the entire process.
I believe the key to my success in delivering projects is assembling the right team of experts from project conception. In my experience, there’s only one chance to set up your team properly; it’s the one component of a project you can’t fix later. It’s critical for me to understand what subject matter expertise is required for a project and then to find the right firms or people to fit that need.
Having started my career on the construction management side of our business, and landing as an Owner's Representative, I’ve spent the last 20 years developing the expertise and network to manage a diversity of project types. That time in the construction and real estate industry has afforded me the opportunity to oversee a wide range of projects with both local and global reach. Such projects include Hudson River Park Pier 57, Google NYC Chelsea Campus, YouTube Space, The Creative Lab, Kimmeridge Energy, Point 72 Asset Management, Flagstar Private Bank, Welington Management, The Agency, Elite Modeling, Madison Dental, Facebook NYC, One Bryant Park, and Goldman Sachs.
The single most important thing I do, while leading complex teams and projects, is bridge the gap between clients and consultant teams to ensure transparency and decisiveness. I’m a skilled communicator with the ability to influence, establish and cultivate relationships at all levels within and outside the organization. I’m also adept at working cross-functionally with internal service lines.
While budget and schedule are always key indicators of project’s success, the long-term relationships I build with my teams, clients and stakeholders are just as important to me.
